Cancellation and refund policies differ according to the payment term.

Annual Subscriptions

When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Unless you can at least before 24 hours the start of your next billing period, you will be charged for the next billing period.

To cancel your subscription via website, navigate to your ‘profile page’ and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

If we take action to collect any unpaid subscription fees from you, you will pay all costs (on a full indemnity basis) incurred in doing so.

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.
